These large art plates re fast becoming one of my most favourite things to make. 🤩

I love the decoration process so much and I can feel that my love of sgraffito is going to keep growing and my designs will start to become more complex. The making of these large plates is also so satisfying. From prepping the recycled clay to rolling out the slabs over a couple of days (letting the clay rest in between seems to make them stay super flat). Cutting the organic circular shape and turning up the edges. I even love adding the glossy glaze afterwards so yes I do love making these :)
